it has been couple months ago since the first tournament was. So, when is the second tournament will be? I remember that Bison said that they have about 20 copied of legit steam css!!!!!! so, I REALLY want to get one by winning a tournament!

You don't have to buy steam. Your suppose to buy CSS. Also bison doesn't get his copies for free, I think it's the money donated.
