Good, but you know, you wont be able to find anyone tho, because the current staff don't play there, and that's why you can't know whos worthy and whos not, take "cas" for example, I mean he doesn't participates much on forums, but he got accepted to admin MG, cuz admins like blood for example always play there, and probably knows that hes a good guy to admin.
