i have noticed in evry server the lag is more and more
ping increased from 250 to 500 - 600
not just me evry1 in the server is lagging

TBH, lowering video resolution really is annoying. I tried it and it just sucks. That's what I think but i don't know about you guys.

Do a tracert. Try to be a bit more helpful than just "FIX LAG!".
No lag for me. Only spikes but those lasts for like 1-2 second then back to normal.
