I was banned(parmanent) at non-steam cs
yesterday. The reason is SMAC: autotrigger detection : Auto-Fire(1)
but I didnt use any of hacks. I'm feeling very unfair cuz there's only I had to do was just playing game.
and I NEVER used hacks. Even I dont know what is autofire and autotrigger..

actually my house use IP Router, and my brother(id: Arotia caja) was banned. and I banned either. he doesnt use hacks.(I played next to him)
and I found brother's steam ID : STEAM_0:0:1554670828 at below url

You do too have a steam Id. Just because your non steam doesn't mean that you do not. plus your name with4 does not come up in the bans list so you must have been using a different name.

He will not be unbanned because he was banned by SMAC for cheating. You obviously tried giving us a fake steamID saying that your "brother" was using hacks. His account will not be unbanned because he was cheating.
If you really have an account that is being blocked because of your "brother" cheating then give us YOUR steamID and we can look into getting your account unbanned.
Other than this you will have to get a new CSS game. You can thank your "brother" for that.

Yeah I found your gameME info already. You need to wait for a root admin to decied wether or not you can be unbanned. That is just our policy.
