I always thought the tactic of writing "Free Candy!" in big letters on the van was the best choice. Has capturing kids become so complicated that you need to actually physically take them?

You would be surprised. Kids these days have gotten smart. Have to think of new ways to snag them. I can't pose as a priest anymore they caught on.

I know for a fact, Bison gets them with his "free counter-trike copy" quote. They even line up for a competition for the place in Bison's van.
