So, I went there http://steamcommunity.com/groups/w-l and i saw that guy named Стрелок was saying "Why I'm banned on your servers?" I told him to come here and tell his story. In source bans, it says that he got banned for Ban evasion. His steam ID is : STEAM_0:0:40136076  Maybe this is mistake that he got banned?

He was banned for cheating on  03-25-11 by former admin TheDivisionBell. The ban appears to be valid, but it's a fairly old one and the user seems to have steam now. So, I'm going to lift this ban.
