Playing Pop maps 2, a guy named 'The U in the 80's' (STEAM_0:0:566781) joined and started team flashing. Here is the link to a demo I took.

It's only short because I then got kicked for being afk too long, but should be enough to show him team flashing.
He has been banned before for team flashing

I've seen this guy team flashing and such numerous times in the last week.

yea that guy is hella annoying. couldnt even do anything for like the first 10 seconds of every round cuz he was team flashing

Banned for a day, since its his first offence. I would usually give him an hour, but he was also harassing a regular.
