Having a bhop server and a Population server with bhop enabled are two separate concerns.
A bhop server just practices bhopping specifically.
But a Population server with bhop enabled changes (or reverts) the dynamics of CSS gameplay. It would be interesting to see whether this server pulls off. Because, if you don't know how to bhop, it won't be that much of a fun getting raped at the back by those who do.

popular server #3, should have 2 people minimum, for points to be counted, when the population will grow, it should be like normal, yesterday, I checked, you will need to get 6 people for points to get counted o.O
