Reason: He keeps trolling the entire server saying you're bad at css while you're trying your best efforts to win a round. He was trolling Death, Smiley and several others but we decided to ignore him until Smiley raged and started the flame war. Mostly he says how you're bad,why team sucks,how they killed him,saying stfu among others.

So smiley, was doing it all the time.. I only get about 1 minute or something. So both should get a time out, or at least who started, which was smiley.
