We're not supposed to disclose such information since it may bias a persons behavior.
Just out of curiosity, who was it that came up with that policy? Not that I'm criticizing it or anything.

Me. I've seen it happen to often that people act a certain way around me since it's expected of them. When I get on another computer and steam_id and watch them, then they seemingly act a different way. I don't need them "pretending" to be someone they aren't as to confuse us. We're looking for certain characteristics and we want them to be consistent with it, not only when we're around them. I'd rather go with someone whose consistent with their behavior and actions as opposed to someone whose a bit sketchy and inconsistent.
Furthermore, do you still want Dirt3? I sort of stopped trying a few months ago after getting it for moose's friend. I could probably still get it for you, though. A pretty fun game to play with lots of friends imo.

Haha, cheers for that btw, but no thank you.

Since I'm one of the head admins here. I'll go ahead and tell you this. Map-stacking basically every single map while I'm present, and then shortly after implemention of auto switch at half time, rage quitting with the message, "NVM... I'll go somewhere where an Admin isn't feeling "All-Powerful" and fucking with people's enjoyment of the game." PROBABLY didn't help your application. You team stacker, you!
LOL... I forgot about that!! AHAHA!! I'm so used to it now, it would be strange NOT to switch... Oh well.... The shit you say when you don't think.... Cheers, Bison!
Dirt 3 is very much fun, missing those days when we were taking out guys just because they leaded on earlier tracks.

Yeah, those were the days. There were a lot of people in that game who played nearly perfect. If you didn't wreck them like 10 seconds into the race, then you probably couldn't ever catch up and win them. And if you did successfully wreck them, then they'd get really pissed and yell at you via mic calling you newb and stuff. Then the next race they'd try to seek revenge, but often times to their disappointment they failed miserably. Oh man that game was totally awesome.
