why everything is a square in the names now? do you know how to fix it?

Possibly a !language or font setting.

Well this happens to me but it only happens once in a while, not sure what the problem is.

Click Start > Run, type "intl.cpl", and hit Enter. Click on the Languages tab and check "Install files for East Asian languages". Hit OK and reboot.

if i type these, these will appear square sometimes.

btw, do you know how to change your name to these eastern asian characters???

i have the same problem but with all special characters. Help please =(

i use non steam
its a patch for changing name
it is called
ultimate name changer
u can add clan tag or whatever

I don't see steam profile pictures, just like on this screenshot. How to enable them?

i use it too, but it's only clan tag... i want my name changed, not my clan.

Im still having this problem but we dont have an xp CD. Someone please help.
