why everything is a square in the names now? do you know how to fix it?

Click Start > Run, type "intl.cpl", and hit Enter. Click on the Languages tab and check "Install files for East Asian languages". Hit OK and reboot.

i use non steam
its a patch for changing name
it is called
ultimate name changer
u can add clan tag or whatever
