So yeah.
just before i start and get into too much detail about this topic.
Dont judge me, this is what i think. I have experienced a good number of admin positions, and i think i know whats best for the server or not.

So here is the first thing.
I would like to ask, when you guys accept new admins from the staff application thing.
Do you guys train them? or just give them a guide?

i want to see the answer before i talk.

1st rule of admin board - you do not talk about admin board.
2nd rule of admin board - you DO NOT talk about admin board.

1. DO NOT leak any information with players or no-admin users

3. If you think you're mature enough to do this job, apply for it.

All I can say, more than that, only ROOT ADMINS.

Now that you have an answer, was there something you wish to talk about?

We're not at liberty to discuss admin operations with non-admins.

cant say nothing if i dont know.
