Well, text should be a bit close to the render and should find better text fonts .
Try adding some lights on it so it could look much much better and more effects, render doesn't have much going on, background has more , for the size, is great as it is.
Since is your first time and you made it with help which is a great start for a beginner . i'd give you a 6/10. Great job!

I'll put up some great resources for anyone who wants to learn later on.

One thing I didn't even think of is a border. It'd look awesome with one.

And 60% LOL iBad compared to a pro like u. And Can i send u the .psd and edit it so i can see what ur talking bout? If u do, please tell me every step so i can learn And i want some of those resources.

Four sided borders usually always look good, just got to practice and mess around with it.

Is up to you if you want C4Ds on it, just try not to put so many . Also, i'm not that pro just learn from experience and tutorials.
