recently got my perma ban unbanned but can i get the perma MUTE unmuted please, dont talk a lot of crap anymore an just want to be able to talk to my own team, thanks

If the permanent mute was the condition on your unban, then I doubt it would be removed. The consequences of your actions are your responsibility, not ours.
