Glocks ain't cheap. If you want cheap and located in SoCal, check out CalGuns.net for some Springfield XD series. Similar to glock, but pricing is $100-$150 less.
If you really want cheap, you could go grab some CZ-75B', but I highly dislike shooting those.

Too Bad a 15 shot clip Beretta is illegal in California, you can only have one with 7. I'd take a Beretta any day who needs 7 shots when i can blow away multiple people with 15, perfect around the house lol.
