Hello, I just received a notification from your server that I was permanently banned. Tried using the other PCs in the same cafe but I'm still getting the same notification. I believe it's an IP ban. I didn't cheat or offend someone in game. I only play in an internet cafe and only one internet cafe has steam games. Possibly someone else did something wrong. Hoping for your kind consideration and understanding regarding this situation. Thank you.
