can be a case similar to skrilla, where he got vac banned a long time ago on an old game like 1.6 back when vac bans didnt ban you from online of all games

Could be a glitch. I think gameME just pulls the info from http://vacbanned.com.

In any case the servers are VAC secured, if it think's he's meant to be banned it will kick him from the servers.
