RE: Dust2 Deathmatch - M. Bison - Jun 15 2012 A straight on hit is 40 damage. They typically deal 30-40 damage with most of it in the high 30s. They're easy to dodge as they've got a hard time turning. The splash may still hit you for an insignificant 1-5 damage, though. RE: Dust2 Deathmatch - i cri everytiem - Jun 15 2012 ARYA! O.o . can we have them back up in place of the dead pistol server ?Pistols is the most popular of the dead servers, don't shut down pistols RE: Dust2 Deathmatch - Lieutenant Josh - Jun 16 2012 I dont mind the random spawns, especially when its like 6 on 6 or 7 on 7, and silly uses Bisons hax all the time, hes freackin 300 for 80 last time, hes the only veteran of the server whose actually gaining points when he plays, i had a decent positive score last time i was on, i lost 100 points. Besides tomix, silly and russian, i haven't seen many of the long time dm players lately, george doesnt count. Im on pretty often too, so i mean i feel like the new spawn system is really alienating many of the older players of the server, most of the players who play it now are like 1-10k noobs who get 20 something points when they kill u, u basically have to get 2-1 kills to deaths ratio to break any bit even on the points. In all i dont mind the nades, or the spawns, but i find a major problem with the spawns that seems like no one else is noticing. when you have like 15 on 15 as it was a little while ago, players start spawning either right in players or they spawn 3 seconds after an opponent spawns and in the same spot. I tested this by camping my spawn spot, and about 3 times a t spawned either right in front of me, or right inside of me. Also the spawns aren't generally fair to either side, its pretty common to have a t spawn next to or nearby a group of 3 or 4 cts and he either kills all of them, or they mob him, this isnt fair to either team 3 ppl going around as a group, enemy spawns behind them, kills them all, or 3 ppl going around in a group, guys spawns nearby/behind them he gets raped cuz they all see him. You'd be surprised how often now both teams act as a unit, everybody on one team basically sticks together now and controls one sector of the map, normally cts always have long A and t spawn, and tuns sometimes, and normally ts have B and Ct spawn, and middle. If the problem before was the fact that ppl were constantly holding or camping portions of the map, well the same thing happens now, and because of the skill difference between players like tomix and the rest of the ppl, everybody either tries to follow the best players or they all mob the guys who spawn behind their group because they just know. I mean ppl are still camping, still doing the same kind of things when the original spawn settings were there, just now its more annoying because you'll kill a guy and he'll spawn right behind u pretty often, i spawned in the same spot 3 times in a row damnit. RE: Dust2 Deathmatch - George Of The Jungle - Jun 16 2012 I prefer it this way, with random spawns. Everyone has his preferences of course but this is how I like deathmatch. To try and improve your aim by getting forced to aim quick, accurately, and from different angles. There's a lot of factors that don't really apply here, like teamwork, tactics, etc... It should just be about aim, in my opinion. I could do without the rockets though. When there's a lot of people, it's a spam. And a permanent silencer on the m4 would be useful.
