We do have regular scrims but with the core basis of the 10manners being based in the US, we play according to the US timezone which is probably not when you'll be on.
Most of the 10mans that we play on are invite-only, so you will need to contact those that scrim to express your desire to scrim with them.
I would say your ping might be a concern. If you are skipping/visibly lagging then you will be asked to fix your ping. If this is an issue that remains constant you might not be asked to scrim with certain players.
Laggy models and teleporting players detract greatly from the scrim environment and most players usually get pretty fed up when a person lags enough so they're very hard to hit.
