Css Region - Black Blood - May 24 2013
Basically, I bought my css froma retail store in Singapore but whenever I try to play css out of Singapore( For example, France) it does not allow me to lauch css. Instead it comes up with a message of "This game is unavaliable in your region". The weird bit is that I usually buy all my games from retail store and unlike css, the rest of the games work. Is that a way to bypass this message?

Where do I find that? and when attempt to download css this came up:
"This game was activated with a product code that is valid only ina specific region. Since you are not currently in that region, Counter-Strike:Source is not avaliable to play"

Your game is region locked you cannot unlock it. If you want to play outside Singapore you need to buy another copy.

Buy it through Steam instead of buying a hard copy.
