And no-steamers CANNOT apply for HDK.

You have to buy the game called CS:S on STEAM to be able to get into HDK.

can i b in HDeeKay im rly pro mlg quickscoper, i can 360 noscope if needed, im silver 1 in csgo and im rly pro, invite me to team pls. my favourite weapon is the butter knife, cause its op, and the DSR 50 because im mlg, and the deagle, cause i 420 noscope double tap, pistol switch juan deag with it... thx m8, ur a gud gy thx
