The latency for most philippine internet providers either decreased or stayed the same. The exception is pldt.com which is sending their traffic through the US. I'm not surprised because they have a long history of poor routing[1][2] and congestion[1].
If you can complain to them and get them to fix their outgoing routes, your latency will decrease a lot.
Here is a traceroute from someone using pldt to the gameserver.

Tried complaining to them, they won't listen.
And they also have a bad history capping download speeds which they kept on denying lol

Hi guys, Nobody probably knows me yet but I've been here during the old W-L server. Philippines has a bad ping, 240 for me. Thanks for the coming back of popular maps, so I'm suggesting office and de dust2 to be just like the old servers too.
