Suppose i have purchased cs source from steam ,,then how come im sure that i wont be banned again and how to prove that i have purchased a legal copy from steam

No, just post your NEW steam id here, if you join before they can do anything about it you'll get banned automatically, isp have nothing to do with it.

But i got banned from the server on my 2 laptops and a desktop ,,,,,HOW?????????
