Banned: All servers , Permanent, Cheating

Says I got banned on that Id in 2011, I don't think I ever even tried to play on these servers until recently. Had bought a new account for css and tried playing on the scrim servers about a week ago. Still says permanently banned for cheating. STEAM_0:1:47739217 that's the new account I've been playing source on but says I'm still banned.

Your original Steam ID was banned from ESEA for cheating and your other account was banned for ban evasion.

So If you get banned for cheating somewhere else besides the servers you still get banned? Even if you never cheated in any of the actual warlords servers or whatever? And I thought I read in the ban appeals sticky, that if you buy a new copy of css you can play? That's what my second account was for, but its banned.

-> If you bought a new copy of CS:S and still cannot play, you may then appeal or contact me directly. That's the thing I mentioned.

I'll remove the ban if you abide by these terms:
1). Set your profile to public and keep it public.
2). Do not use other Steam accounts on these servers.
