Tell us something about yourself: I'm French (I believe that fits in the "simple fact" category :p But I have ~30 ping on the servers in case you were afraid of that).
Reason For Admin Application: Take care of the little things that bother us all when there's no admin around. Mostly mic spam with anti-mute, nade spam (though that doesn't happen much anymore with the 30 secs buy time), guys camping spawn the whole round when they have an objective to do, teammates shooting non-stop the AWPer in the head because they want him to die, etc.
Also balancing the teams when people keep stacking the winning team (I know rup has recently been criticized for this but I totally agree with him on this one, nothing more obnoxious than spending 20 minutes losing constantly and seeing new players join the winning team).
I'm not really into calling hackers because I would hate wrongfully accusing someone - unless that's absolutely clear, in which case the players are usually smart enough to voteban the dude (though a permanent ban would be better in those cases). That being said I believe I have enough skill and experience to weigh in when someone is accused of hacking.
