In the Upcoming tournament   may be we can implement a tactical time out option in the match servers.

Option:1
Both teams  having 2 time out option each 1:50 minutes 

Option :2 
Pause time reduced to 25 seconds 
Tactical time 2:50  minutes each

well the .pause already exists, it can be used for that + half time !
