Thread to facilitate making teams

Now, about thinking of your team composition, a few basic tips :

1. Get at least, 1 guy solid with awp (or at least used to it). To be sure, have at least 1 hybrid that can replace a failing awper, or a 2nd awper.
2. Try getting a "strat caller", they are extremely rare those days in Source, but in Tournaments it can do all the difference.
3. Get the maximum number of subs you can (2), we never know what can happen irl.
4. Select subs you are confortable to play with, not just players you pick just in case. A similar skill level would be optimal.
5. Have someone who knows smokes for t-side on the most common maps, 1 good smoke or 2 makes entering sites a pleasure.
6. Also good riflers are never a bad choice !

Here is the lowest-Highest RWS Range of Registered full Teams, so you guys can gauge the competivity of your team and adapt if need be.

Teachers (6*) :

Lowest (14.48, 14.82, 14.22, 10.28, 16.79 ) = 70.29 RWS

Highest (14.48, 14.82, 14.22, 17,04, 16.79) = 77.35 RWS

Note : Keep in mind that bagel is a NBK based player (https://nbkscrim1.site.nfoservers.com/pu...8028493059), he got 0 pugs played on wl, atm, so RWS could be higher (or lower).

Les Super Jésus (7*) :

Lowest (13.50, 15.27, 13.13, 14.24, 12.38) = 68.52 RWS

Highest (14.24, 15.27, 13.50, 17.58, 20.18) = 80.77 RWS

Note : Lowest RWS, is improbable since me and loopz are going to play all the matches.

2sWoLe (7*) :

Lowest (13.88, 12.39, 12.43, 15.31, 14.51) = 68.52 RWS

Highest (13.88, 15.31, 14.51, 18.34, 16.97) = 79.01 RWS

Note : Highest is achieved by using both subs.
