You have 180ms at your home router. You need to get that fixed. Hop 1 is your home network which should be at most 2ms. If you have anything downloading can you please stop it and do another traceroute?

Actually Matt! he gets almost 250ms on all Indian servers, so u can thing home router always gives high.

They give u what they say. U asked for download speed. for 2mbs it is 250kbs approx.
