Reason For Admin Application: I play PUGs all the time, like literally 60% of my day consists of playing CS:S PUGs and my concerns are those people who are in the PUG who are wasting other peoples times. Taking 10 mins just to type .r, also those people who discriminate others, like cuss and yell at them when they fail a clutch or something like that. And last but not least, those subs who don't sub in. Every single time this happens, I my self have been a victim of this act,  the server has 2-4 subs and neither would sub in, its quite annoying. And people are banned cause they wont sub in. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the best choice to be in this position but from my POV, I think I have the experience, the passion, and the will to make the servers a better place. Maybe, just maybe if you guys will give me a shot. I will do what ever it takes to become a worthy admin. Thank you for your consideration.
