A one-person protest got a lot of attention in Waikiki Friday morning. Hawaii resident, Tess Meier, walked freely around one of Oahu's most popular beaches -- completely topless.
Meier is promoting what she calls topless equality, saying, "We believe that anywhere a man can be topless a woman should have the same right. Otherwise it's discrimination."
She is a representative of "ToplessEquality", an organization founded in 2012 to support acceptance of a woman's right to be topless if she chooses.
