a player left the pug and I joined the other team. Without any warning I was banned for reason of  "bad" (lol are you serious?). I understand ignoring admins is against the rules, but that's not the case here as Bill Nose feels that he has the authority to ban without warning and without hesitation. Honestly why does a person with this level of unprofessional-ism, immaturity, and blatant power-craziness have admin? He should have it revoked immediately.

Well.. you did switch and stack teams. Eventhough his reason for the ban could've been better, it doesn't change the fact that you broke the rules.

You left the losing team to join my (the winning team) in the middle of a pug. I should not have wrote "bad". I have never banned someone before so I was 100% on how it worked. You clearly broke a "rule" and i rarely if ever use admin. So when you did that i had to show other people that its not right to stack teams. I only banned you for 10 min as well, i could've done it for a longer period of time.
