Ban Appeal: slurp slurp

I was trying to go into the CSS pug servers today but realised I have been banned for eye test.
I most recently played in the pug server last week? But did a search on my ban status and it says I was perm banned dated may 6 2018.
Please help.

not to mention I cant seem to link my steam account, everytime i click to link it shows an error here.
