I'm just wondering is any of you use CFW on PS3? Or just play it Legally?

No idea what is it. If it's some software to burn illegal copies of the game, I wouldn't risk, I've heard about psn accounts getting banned for that.

from what I've read on cfw is that you cannot access the Playstation Network, so I'm not going to be trying it anytime soon, and I believe the most recent version is 3.65 or something? also don't want to brick my ps3, however phones and other small gadgets I wouldn't mind =p

Yeah It cannot access PSN and If you are silly and dont follow steps. You'll brick yours.
