DK posted a link to an CSS excellent release, but Setti is only compatible with Setti patches.
You'll likely need this and this if you want to use Setti online.

first one is shit and 2nd one i did and it didnt work it keept saying HL2 has crashed i downloading aviara that works with setti

You should've just bought CS:S while it was on the Steam sale. Would've saved you a lot of time. ^.^
