How to remove sub choices in the menu

Hey guys i want to know how to remove these choices in the menu like this one:

i want to remove All of the choices with ''Setti'' words
Just Go With IT. √

Hmm, go to cstrike/resource/GameMenu.res

Edit it as you wish(be sure to backup).

Create one? Not sure though, if you're on nonsteam you should have it.

Perhaps they're hardcoded into the setti release. You might have better luck asking on the setti forums.
