So i was going to 24/7 dust2 server to visit shrike and it turns out i came at the right time 
so this guy new i was gunna spectate him thus he turned off his stuff (guessing) so i left and switched names and got him using no recoil. Although he doesnt appear to be hacking at the beginning wait until the round he gets the m249 saw, then it is blatantly obvious
