before the round he gets the m249 he stop, maybe he turn on or set the Partial No-Recoil hack,  you can set it to 1, 2, 10. i was there and they try to voteban but fail, i voted no to him.  Smile Partial No Recoil hard to detect. press "Shift-F2" to open the "Demo Playback" window, which allows you to change speeds, try to select 10% will slowdown the time and you can see the bullet. i didn't say he's a hacker or not.  Big Grin
