Server I got banned :: I try server "Asia 119.81.28.241:27015" and "Deathmatch 119.81.28.243:27015"

last day i play at server Deathmatch
i got message "AFK kick"
after this I close Css and go to work.

today i come back to play Css and i got "You have been banned by this server"

plz help
and sry for my eng.
