You are correct, but the game itself? No. Rockstar put so much thought into GTA4, and GTA5 seems to go more for graphics.
I'd rather have a car that slides around with a faint touch of realism than an arcade-style handling where you can smash into a wall at 150 kmh and come out with a broken headlight and scratches.
