Oh, that does look like I do hack. But I have a very low ping on the server and have a lerp of 9.9 ms. I've been on this server for 2 years, and would have no reason to hack. (https://i.imgur.com/uq3AzDR.png)
After 1 min, if I had trigger bot I would hit Luffy every time I hovered over him, which clearly I am not.
And at the first few times, I didn't get flashed entirely, looking down will make the flash less, which allows you to see a bit even if you have a slightly white screen. (In chat it should say that this person has flashed you.)
I also don't see any type of wallhacking here. I have quick reactions, I am friends with Luffy and he can tell you that I do not hack.

*EDIT* Notice at 0:09 I saw a CT go in the building, which I expect to see him on the other side.
