I unfortunately am not able to fix my issues with Steam on my computer and cannot afford a new setup. I thank you for your consideration and time, but would suggest rejecting this application until I am able to re-apply in the future. I am not on CSS and will not be able to until I can get a new setup. That will not happen until after take care of personal things first. I would also like to know if my questions can be answered or if I could have them answered if I reapply. Thanks again.
