Please check how much fps you get..
1. Close any start up programs which are useless (command: msconfig)
2. Close any driver software unless needed.
3. Run avast in Gaming /Silent mode
4. Delete temp files regularly.
Please use only trusted cleanup software.
These are few basic clean ups
