Cant raise my Lerp

This servers automatically sets your lerp as 31.0 ms if you're using the CSS rate settings 66 and higher.
The only possible way to get 100 ms lerp back is using the default CSS rate setting (cl_cmdrate 33, cl_updaterate 33), but the game would be more laggy.
