Yes jackie is admin. he has been an admin for over a year i think.
Maybe you just don't know that there are admins online because you don't know who the admins are?

No, i do know almost all the admins in mg (almost), just never knew that Jackie were admin  

here's a list of all admins and root admins. Maybe you know someone who plays in mg but just didnt know they're admins
