CSS Minigame Server down?

CS:S Console says:
] connect mg.war-lords.net:27015
Connecting to mg.war-lords.net:27015...
LAN servers are restricted to local clients (class C).

So either someone messed up the configuration of the server, or it's being DDoS'd and they took it offline or something.
