To answer many private messages i got, registrations are officially opened until midnight west time zone, but teams registrations and roster changes will be tolerated, for an other 3 days.
1. Because having 16 teams would make the tournament format much easier to manage.
2. The more the merrier
3. 1 week span is a bit short to maximize the number of teams in the tournament.
But that being said, ill make a different thread for Groupe Stages (tonight). Ill explain how it gonna roll, all teams rws, names, groupes and other details will be on that other thread. This one will remain open, until we get the first matches rolling.
