You are not communicating very clearly with the sentences you type and it seems to be deliberate.
Please expand on the rules URL you provided and why you chose to paste it. The URL alone is not sufficient and does not help me in achieving an understanding in any sense at all, nor does it absolve you of your wrongdoings.
If there is anything that I am missing, please provide it. You don't seem to provide much besides a hyperlink to the rules and smiley faces.
