Comparison between the average Oldie top100, the average Active CSS player top100 and the average CSGO top100 player, about gun usage.


Oldie average player

AWP 24.29% / AK 22.29% / M4 12.14% / Eco-R 2.07% / Deagle 22.5% / Oth Pist 9.86% / Oth Guns 4.14%

Active average player

AWP 24.82% / AK 20.72% / M4 11.04% / Eco-R 3.92% / Deagle 24.66% / Oth Pist 8.92% / Oth Guns 2.98%

CSGO average player

AWP 14.63% / AK 29.58% / M4 20.08% / Eco-R 5.36% / Deagle 3.7% / Oth Pist 20.53% / Oth Guns 2.98%

My observations :

Oldies vs Us : Awp usage on average are about the same,  the decline in M4/Oth Guns (lots of mp5's) is mainly explaned by our rise in p90 usage (Eco-R). The slight decline in Other pistols usage is explaned by the rise of Deagle usage.

Us vs CSGO average : Severe crash in AWP usage, AK is the new king in csgo, use of m4a1 doubles on csgo. They use more Eco-Rifles then Us, but we tend towards only the p90 and on the other hand they tend to prefer the galil/famas. Deagle has been killed in CSGO, but they compensated with stronger other pistols like the p250 or 5.7 or tec9. Weirdly enough the game developers seems to have failed to increase other gun usage ... its exactly the same in source and csgo ...
