Haha, sorry I should probably clarify. That's a picture of Steve Coogan as Alan Partridge, from this comedy called "I'm Alan Partridge". One woman says to him "You know, you have a lot of issues" and he comes out with what I said as a response. Just brilliantly timed comedy I guess the reference would be lost over the pond though, but no biggy
